We are offering two days of FREE classes!
Our Adult Training Classes are small group training programs designed to focus on improving mobility & flexibility, upper & lower body strength, and general physical conditioning for all levels of experience. Next week, the FREE classes will be held on Wednesday (5/2) and Thursday (5/3) at 6am, 10am and 6pm. The classes next week are open for ages 14 and up. You will need to reserve your spot online or through our app. The Glofox app is available in the App store or the Google Play Store. Once you download the app, just find Zelos Athletics from there and you’re good to go! Prior registration for the class is required. The classes will be held partially on the turf and partially in the weight room. If you wish to enroll in our classes afterwards, we have three pricing options for the adult classes, two and three times per week as well as a pay as you go option. The prices are on our website or on the app.
We are also offering our Athlete Performance Training Sessions for the high school & college athlete. These sessions will run for either 8 weeks or a 12 week summer program. Our Athlete Performance Training Sessions are also small group training and we offer Speed & Agility with Resistance Training and is designed to develop physical performance capabilities for athletes of all sports and levels of experience. Feel free to view our schedule online or on the app. The training sessions are under the “Courses” section of our schedule. An evaluation is required for these sessions and can be scheduled over the phone with any of our trainers.
