2 Youth Camps come to Zelos…

Westborough Youth Field Hockey Skills Clinic: Coached by 2 time Central Mass Coach of the Year, 3 Time CMass District Champ, 4 time CMASS Player of the Year, and 10 time Mid-Wach A League MVP Westborough High School Head Coach Lauren Chenevert, and Asst. Coach Michelle Pasquale with staff. Mondays, 6:30PM – 7:30PM Grades 5 – 8 . February 25 – April 1, 2019 (6 Classes), $100.  Tuesdays, 6:00PM – 7:00PM Grades K – 4 . February 26 – April 2, 2019 (6 Classes), $100. This program will be hosted by Zelos Athletics but taught by Westborough Youth Field Hockey. Soccer Speed & Agility Class during February Vacation: Spend 3 hours, over 3 consecutive days, learning how to develop the fundamentals of sprinting, jumping, and training movement patterns needed to excel on the field. We will spend time learning the finer points or running & sprinting mechanics as well as jump training focused on proper take-off and landing technique. We will be utilizing our leading-edge technology for agility training from FusionSport. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, February 20 – 22 from 9:30am – 10:30am for ages 2009- 2005 and 11:00am – 12:00pm for ages 2004- 2001. The Clinic will cost $125 per player.
